Wine beaker Paris 1819-1838, 950‰ silver, fully marked, bearing a complete set of required state or goldsmiths guilds' marks for Paris and a couple of private marks. The beaker is in a very good condition.

Antique, classically shaped bread basket, handmade of woven silver plated copper wire, traditionally the metal of choice for best fusion with silver. Dating from around 1900, but bearing no marks, the basked is most likely of French or German origin, where hollowware of this kind has a tradition. The condition is excellent.
