Paperweight

An unusual paperweight in the shape of a standard weight. In its olive green core are embedded controlled air bubble inclusions, it is handmade, has a polished base and measures 11.8cm (4.7ins) high x 6.3cm (2.5ins) in diameter. The condition is excellent. Probably Whitefriars, James Powell & Sons, London, mid 1950s.
